Since our products are digital goods delivered electronically, please carefully review our return and refund terms below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds or replacements are available only in the following cases:

1. Product Not as Described – If the delivered software key does not match the description listed on our website.
2. Non-Working Key – If the license key provided by Pro Hub fails to activate or function properly.

👉 To request a refund or replacement, contact us at support@prohub.pk with complete details and supporting evidence (e.g., full-screen screenshots including error messages, software edition/version, and current date). Each request will be reviewed individually.

2. Refund Limitations:

• Refunds are not applicable if you change your mind after purchase.
• Refunds are not provided if the wrong product was ordered due to buyer’s error or negligence (e.g., purchasing Windows 10 Pro instead of Windows 10 Home).
• Once a product key has been successfully activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Refund Request Deadline:

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days from the original purchase date. Requests after this period will not be considered.

4. Refund Process:

• If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
• Processing time may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

5. Product Replacement Guarantee:

If the provided activation key fails, Prohub will issue a new working key once your claim has been verified. Our goal is to ensure you get a valid and functioning license.

6. Technical Support:

Our support team is available to guide you in resolving activation issues or technical errors. However, we are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect software installation, incompatible system requirements, or poor internet connectivity.

7. Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled only before delivery of the product key.
• Once a digital license has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Suspicious or fraudulent orders may be cancelled by Prohub.pk, with a full refund issued.

8. Policy Updates:

By purchasing from Prohub.pk, you agree to this Refund and Return Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
