Shipping Policy

Short summary:

Prohub.pk sells only digital software licenses and keys. Nothing physical is shipped. Keys are delivered electronically (email and/or your Prohub.pk account) — usually within minutes but sometimes up to 24 hours while we verify orders. If a key doesn’t arrive or there’s an activation problem, contact support@prohub.pk and we’ll help. There are no hidden charges on your order, taxes or other charges will be shown at checkout page.


1. Scope:

This Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy applies to all digital products sold on Prohub, including Windows, Office, Adobe, RDPs, SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.), and other software activation keys. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Delivery method:

  • Electronic delivery only. We do not ship physical items.
  • Keys and license details are delivered via:
    • Email address used at checkout, and/or
    • Your Prohub.pk account under My Account → Order History (if you created an account).

3. Typical delivery time:

  • Usual: Most orders are delivered within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
  • Maximum: In rare circumstances (high demand, fraud checks, payment verification, or technical issues), delivery can take up to 24 hours.
  • If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, please contact support.

4. Operating hours & processing windows:

  • Orders are processed 24/7, but manual verification or support response may occur during our active support hours.
  • If you place an order during an unusual time or if additional verification is needed, processing may be queued until our team reviews it.

5. Order confirmation & proof of purchase:

  • After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Keep that email as your proof of purchase.
  • The delivery email will contain the license key, instructions, and any download links (if provided).

6. Missing email / spam folder:

  • First check your Spam/Junk folder.
  • If you still don’t receive the key within 24 hours, contact support@prohub.pk with your order ID and payment receipt so we can resend.

7. Incorrect email or account details:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address or wrong account information provided at checkout.
  • If you entered the wrong email, contact support immediately — we will attempt to correct and resend, but timely notification helps.

8. Fraud prevention & verification:

  • For your security, we may delay delivery and ask for additional verification (ID, payment screenshot, or order details) in suspected fraud cases.
  • These checks protect both you and Prohub and may add some processing time.

9. No shipping fees / taxes (digital delivery):

  • Since products are digital and delivered electronically, there are no shipping charges. Any applicable taxes or fees are shown at checkout according to the billing rules that apply to your purchase.

10. Cancellations, failed deliveries & replacements:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the license key is delivered.
  • Once a key has been delivered (and especially after activation), the order cannot be cancelled.
  • If a delivered key does not activate, contact support with a full-screen screenshot of the error, software edition/version, and the current date/time. Pro Hub will verify and either provide a replacement key or guide you to resolve the issue.

11. Downloads & third-party links:

  • Where provided, download links point to official vendor pages or trusted partners. Prohub.pk is not liable for third-party website availability or their installation instructions — but our support team can assist with general activation guidance.

12. Technical issues and support:

  • If you experience activation problems, incompatibility, or installation issues, contact support@prohub.pk. Include: order ID, email used for purchase, product name/edition, and a screenshot of the error.
  • Support will attempt to resolve activation issues; if a key is determined faulty after verification, we will replace it.

13. Changes to this policy:

We may update this policy occasionally. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Prohub.pk after changes means you accept the updated policy.
