• All products are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout.
• We do not sell physical items unless specifically stated in product details.

2. Registration, Accounts & Security

• To purchase from Prohub.pk, you may need to create an account with accurate and updated information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details (username & password) safe.
• Do not share your account credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by negligence in safeguarding your details.
• Only one account per individual/household is allowed. Multiple accounts may be restricted or banned.

3. Products and Delivery

• All items sold are digital licenses meant for activation and use according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
• After successful payment, license keys and download instructions are sent via email.
• Delivery is usually instant, but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to order verification or high order volume.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed on our Site and may be shown in multiple currencies.
• We reserve the right to change prices anytime without prior notice.
• Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfers, local wallets, etc.).
• By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed amount in full. Fraudulent payments will result in order cancellation and possible account termination.

5. License Activation & Usage

• Each license key is valid for the number of devices or users stated on the product page.
• Customers must follow the activation guide provided with their purchase.
• Misuse (e.g., using one key on multiple devices without authorization) may lead to key deactivation without replacement or refund.
• We recommend activating your key as soon as possible within the warranty period to avoid expiration.

6. Refunds & Returns Policy

Since digital goods cannot be returned once viewed or used, all sales are final. However, refunds are possible under the following conditions:

• If the license key is invalid or cannot be activated, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• If the product is out of stock and will not be available within 24 hours.
• If you do not receive your order within the stated time frame (up to 24 hours after payment).

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Failure to meet system requirements.
• Dissatisfaction with the software/tool itself.
• Mistakes made while purchasing the wrong product.
• Delay caused by providing an incorrect or inactive email address.

• We do not claim ownership of Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon, or other third-party trademarks.

9. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Hack, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the Site or products.
• Circumvent security features or misuse product keys.
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent activities.
• Upload harmful software or engage in spamming, harassment, or unlawful conduct through our Site.

10. Liability & Disclaimer

• All products are sold “as is” with the warranties provided by their original publishers.
• Prohub.pk is not responsible for losses caused by improper product use, third-party conflicts, or system incompatibility.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, downtime, loss of profit).
